ACTIVITIES


SPORTS

  • Carpet bowling - Wednesday afternoons is time for carpet bowling.

  • Fitness programs - Easy aerobics meets at 9:00 am on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. A workout with Jane Fonda is Monday at 11:00 and Wednesday and Friday at 10:00.

  • Yoga - Starts at 11:30 on Friday mornings.

  • Pool/billiards/snooker - These are drop in (anytime). Our sharp eyed players have brought home medals from the Alberta Seniors Games.

  • Slo-pitch - The club has played in a friendly competition with another seniors group in town.

  • Table tennis - Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:00 and Wednesday night at 7:00. Our table tennis players have achieved Gold, Silver and Bronze at the 2002 Alberta Senior Games and also at the World Masters.

  • Tai chi - A very competent instructor leads our members through their tai chi moves on Thursday mornings (11:00) after table tennis.

  • There are also dart boards and a shuffleboard for the enjoyment of our members. Come join the fun. Fridays at 2:00.

  • Ladies snooker - The ladies meet Fridays at 11:00 to enjoy the game.
